Terms: Net 30 days to qualified customers

Freight:

Orders totaling $1500.00 or more within 100 miles of Goshen, N.Y will be shipped freight prepaid. Minimum order to be delivered on King Zak trucks is $1250.00 with a $50.00 delivery charge. All orders outside 100 miles of Goshen, N.Y. will be subject to freight charges from the company.

Pick-up Allowance: Full trailer pick-ups will be subject to a freight allowance.

Minimum Order: $1250.00 net invoice amount

Returned Goods:
Written company approval must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise for any reason. All merchandise must be sealed in original cartons. All goods returned freight prepaid are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No discounted items will be authorized for return.

The prices and charges referred to herein are subject to change without notice. Pricing will be implemented at the time of shipment.
